The Database Administrator is a highly technical position responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, patching, updating and documentation of all on-premise and co-location databases. This position assists with strategic planning and innovative solutions. Applies advanced technical knowledge to implement and support enterprise databases services that align with the Company’s business and IT objectives. The Database Administrator provides hands-on technical capabilities and manages simple and enterprise-wide projects from initiation to completion for database systems infrastructure. This position partners with stakeholders, vendors and the IT Department team to define requirements; and to develop architecture for scalable and reliable network infrastructure to meet present and future business needs.
The Payroll Clerk II is responsible for daily posting of time worked, absences and vacations for Operators and Maintenance staff for operating stations and garages. Daily, this position reviews information within the HASTUS system daily to ensure for accuracy; and enters information from garage cards containing hours worked and type of work performed.
The Diesel Mechanic ("A" Bus Mechanic) must be able to diagnose and repair all transit vehicles and service vehicles on the road and in the garage. The Diesel Mechanic position requires extensive experience in all mechanical areas to make proper repairs within the respective time standards.
The Senior Software Developer provides analysis, design, programming, system implementation, training, and documentation for computer applications and systems processes. This position also provides advice and assistance on any application software problems that arise. Languages used in-house include but are not limited to C#, COBOL, Oracle forms, PHP, PL-SQL, ANSI SQL, java script, HTML and CSS.
